Partnering with the GreenKiss team has turned out to be one of the best decisions we have made this year to support our recruiting plans. In fact, this relationship has far surpassed our expectations. What started out as a connection to another agency for help filling our hourly production and maintenance roles in this unprecedented and challenging (to say the least) employment market, ended up translating into major results and now a primary source for talent.
Interestingly enough, many agencies have tried in the past to “get us” which normally included many meetings with the internal team, site visits and tours, and somehow even with GreenKiss not being able to see our site in person due to Covid, they quickly understood our company, our candidate profile and our culture… with that they were able to find top talent that has integrated well into our business and with potential to grow to meet our future needs.
